This case study features a UK company that specialises in pricing network services (e.g. voice and data connections) across the globe.

The business strategy was for three companies to combine in order to seek investment funding that would allow new technology to be added to an existing pricing tool and so create a web-delivered service that could be outsourced.

Working at board and senior management level MorganDoyle developed the business and investment plan, tariff schemes, operational processes, functional design and information model.

From a position of being a struggling minor player, the company is now in the top three in Europe, and run the outsourced network pricing for many major Telcos.
